If you have an order from your doctor or healthcare provider for an ultrasound, no appointment is needed. Ultrasound services are available on a walk-in basis with minimal wait times. You may also choose to schedule your ultrasound at a time most convenient for you. Our experienced staff is here to treat you as they would their own family, providing an exceptional experience from the time you arrive until well after your visit with us.

How to Prepare for Your Ultrasound:

On the day of your Ultrasound:

Specific instructions will be provided to you based on your scheduled exam type, however general instructions are as follows:

  • Nothing by mouth after midnight the night prior to your exam.
  • No gum or smoking: this produces air in the stomach and colon and can hinder the ability to complete your procedure.
  • Necessary medications ok with small amount of water.
  • Empty bladder 90 minutes before your exam check-in time.
  • Drink 32 ounces of water 1 hour before your exam.
  • DO NOT empty bladder.
  • Empty bladder 30 minutes before your exam check-in time.
  • Drink 16 ounces of water 1 hour before your exam.
  • DO NOT empty bladder.
